LMA volunteers and board members speak at high schools, colleges, and organizations large and small.
We started in 1996 by organizing a supportive live audience for KOMO Town Meeting. We've appeared on the Jim Compton Report, Public Access, in newspapers, and at public events (such as Gay Bingo, Pilgrim Church wedding ceremony, PRIDE parade, Let's Get Married event), and on countless local and national news broadcasts.
LMA is especially interested in outreach to organizations that are seeking a conversation about basic values of love, commitment, fairness, and freedom. In our state good people are thinking and talking about how excluding same-sex couples from marriage harms them, their kids, and our country.
LMA seeks to join you and your organization in that conversation.
