The success of our efforts toward marriage equality often lie in the hands of our state legislators.

Every county in the state of Washington has same-sex couples, and supportive family members and gay and non-gay friends.

You, your friends and your family can speak the truth of our lives and our values to the lawmakers in Olympia. It's especially important that voices for equality be raised in the "red" parts of the state. Fairness should matter to representatives of all areas of the state, rural or urban, red or blue.
